Shipping policy

ALL items are made to order unless otherwise noted. 
Processing time is  2-6 weeks. 
Please note that during peak seasons turn around time is 3-4 months from the date of purchase for your item to be made and prepared for shipping. If you need an item sooner please email thirteen13dozen@gmail.com to see if this is possible BEFORE placing your order. 

-All payments must be satisfied prior to shipping. 

-Shipping time frames depends on the shipping courier  and will normally arrive within 2-7 days.

-All orders require signature on delivery.
