Refunds and Exchanges

ALL sales are final. All of our items are made to order so we do not issue refunds on any items. 

We do not offer exchanges for incorrect sizes. Please see our size chart https://shop13dozen.com/pages/size-chart to assist with choosing the correct size. If you need assistance with choosing the correct size, please contact us. 

If you have a problem with an item due to an error on our part (wrong color/design, etc) please contact us and we will assist you. 

Deposits 

-All Deposits are applied to Full balance.

-Once received, your deadline is secured and all necessary materials are ordered.

-All DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE

-Once production has started any cancellations will result in loss of deposit and any payments made. (We make custom pieces and are not able to refund orders after materials are ordered and/or cut.
